Following extensive research of similar services we can confirm our rates and plans are extremely affordable, if not the most competitive in South Africa.

(a minimum fee equivalent to two hours is applicable)

  • All hourly jobs and pre-paid packages are to be paid in full prior to any work commencing.

  • Hourly rates and pre-paid packages pertain to general services only and is not inclusive of website packages or website management.

  • Clients are charged at 15 minute increments for work over one hour.

  • Time blocks are valid for six (6) months from date of purchase.

  • Prices are in South African Rands (ZAR).

  • OBN Office Services reserves the right to amend and provide an updated client agreement and quote where the clients requirements have changed or the service provided is impacted in any way.

  • Any additional costs incurred specific to the work to be completed, will be added to your invoice.

  • Payment methods accepted: EFT and bank deposits.

  • It is understood that OBN Office Service is an independent contractor and not an employee. Therefore, OBN Office Service is not compensated with fringe benefits, paid holidays or any other employee benefits.

  • If either OBN Office Service or the Client need to terminate the ‘Client Agreement’, this must be done so in writing.
